A lot of us have been working from home for a long time now, and while it seems second nature to us at this stage, we still need to be mindful of burnout. Too much screen time, too many video calls and the blurring lines between our work and home lives could leave you feeling drained. When the office and home were different buildings, and maybe not just different rooms, it was easy to separate the worlds. Learning to manage these new experiences is very important, but we have something that will help.
