Thanks for the nudge on this @merminy

Could you have a look at the desktop app's preferences under the Sync tab to check your Dropbox folder's location?

If you are on Windows you can usually find it in the users folder on the C drive, something like:

C:\Users\USERNAME\Dropbox

Hey @merminy, I'd be happy to help!

Just to check if the app is running, could you check its syncing status?

Also, when you open your Finder/Filer Explorer, can you see your Dropbox folder under your Favorites, or it's not visible there either?

Keep me posted, and we'll take it from there!

yes, i do see my dropbox folder in the finder...

i usually move the dropbox folder up and have it in second place bellow the desktop folder
but the problem is not there...

on a daily basis i use "adobe bridge" and it is there that since dropbox updated its location in my laptop
i can not find it in my adobe bridge folders...!!!

Hey @merminy, sorry to jump in here, but could you send us a screenshot of how this looks on your end?

Also, you haven't clarified, is the desktop app running normally on your machine?

If so, what's its exact status and version as shown in your menu bar?

thank you for your reply walter...

is the desktop app running normally on your machine? yes

what's its exact status and version as shown in your menu bar? beta (see attached)

Screen Shot 2022-09-15 at 23.21.00.png

but my problem is not in my finder... as I said before the problem is in adobe bridge

there are two tabs... "favorites" and "folders"

and I have always had access to my dropbox both in "favorites" and "folders"

but since this "beta" version I co not have access to my dropbox in adobe bridge
