Hello All,

 

Some of my team members are working with me, and in the activity report of one member, I am frequently viewing this message. Can you help me interpret this message, please. My serious concerns are that might me he is downloading the data. Thank you.

 

Following Message Display on the Dropbox Report:

Team external drive backup counts: 
0"

Hi @Victoria 494, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

 

Does this user have an external drive connected to their machine? 

 

Do they frequently connect and disconnect it?

 

This will help me to assist further!

I got this message in the dropbox report, and has a doubt that someone downloaded that data. your assitance will be highliy appreciated. thank you

Hey @Victoria 494, sorry to jump in here.

 

This message appears to be related to our external drive backup feature.

 

Is that enabled for your team and has this member enabled it on their computer?

 

If you turn off the feature for your team, do you still get the same message?
