Cannot disable Dropbox backup

Cannot disable Dropbox backup

Firstly, I am trying to turn off backups, but no matter what I do, when I check up on my backups they are set on again.

 

Secondly, I am trying to delete my cloud backup to save space, but no matter what I do the backup cannot be deleted.

 

Please help!

Hey @ChristianMahncke, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

 

Can you confirm that you're following these steps to disable Dropbox backup?

 

If that doesn't help, can you try to disable it from the 'manage backups' option in the backups page and let me know how it goes?
