Trying to view comments on PDF

Hello

 

I am working in a shared folder. I have synced it on my laptop. But when my mentor has added comments to my PDF I am unable to view them, it just says there are none there? There is plenty of space in the account. I have editor rights. 

 

Any ideas of what I should do would be very much appreciated.

If your mentor is seeing the comments on the file on our website and you've made sure that you're looking at the same file, then you might need to clear your browser's cache or try another browser, Lucy.

 

If the issue persists, please send us a screenshot of how the file with its comments looks on your end and another one of what it looks on your mentor's end.
