I need to cancel my subscription as my dropbox was tied to an email address from an old employer. I can't get assistance from anything online with dropbox. I am just directed to have a password reset and directed to that origiaonl email account, which I no longer have access to. I have tried several tickets with dropbox, but they close the ticket because they think they have resolved my issue I've paid every year over the past number of years over $100 a year. I can't access the benefit of my account because I can't log in to my dropbox with that email. I can't get dropbox to switch to my Gmail and I can't find assistance. I did find the website to mail a cancellation request, which I'll put in the mail today but holy cow, Mail? to cancel???? wow. disapointed with my customer service experience trying to switch my account over to an email I have access to. any assistance is appreciated as I mail the 1950's paper letter asking to cancel my account. I am absolutely done I've gone through the whole Dropbox roundabout - Login, search for payment ID, use credit card details - that didnt work We even CANCELLED OUR CARD - and still the payments are coming out on our new card Every month, we get 2 charges for Dropbox, and no one in our office is connected or has a paying account. Hi, I had made a dropbox account in 2015 or 2016 under a now deleted email address that I no longer have access to. I can sign into the account, but cannot get past as it asks for a password reset, or sign-in code.. something of the sort. The point is, whatever it sends to the email, it is deleted and I cannot retrieve what is necessary to sign-in. This account might be the last place on earth to house invaluable pieces of my teenage years that I would like to retrieve. Is it at all possible to regain access given my situation? Question or Issue I have a new Dell All-in-One PC to replace my prior that is no longer supported by Microsoft. It comes with basic Dropbox. My prior PC had Dropbox with more capacity than my new one. New capacity limits prevent me from transferring my old Dropbox storage to my new machine. I thought I might be able to access my old Dropbox account on my new machine and access files that way but I can't figure out how.
