Hi there, I have 2 dropbox accounts, currently signed into one of them. I am unable to sign into my other dropbox account as the email address is from a workplace I am no longer at, I no longer have access to it. I have forgotten the password to the account and can't reset it because I don't have access to the email. I need to cancel the premium Dropbox subscription on the account and delete the account. How can I do this without having access to the email address? Hi everyone, I've modified several months ago the email address associated to my drobpox account. I can login with the new email, and I receive correctly for example 2 factor access codes on the new address, but I still find notification (e.g. space full) in the old email inbox. How can I move all the possible notification and emails from the old address to the new one, which I am already using for access? hi, I have not used dropbox for many years and continue not to use it- I have a free account set up in July 2013, which was used for approx 2 years (but never cancelled). Now I'm finding out how impossible it is to cancel, I realise why this wasn't done in the past!! As per previous posters, the option to cancel does not come up on-screen for me. And as I do not pay for this service, there seems no option to speak to a real person to get this sorted. The reason for now trying to cancel, is dropbox appear to want me to agree to paying approaching £100 a year, for something I don't use (I have a paid googleplay account which suits my purpose.). My main question is, will dropbox continue to email me to 'upgrade' , and then pay a fee, until this account is cancelled? I do not think that dropbox has a payment method for me (going back 11 years)? And if this isn't sorted and cancelled now, will dropbox be chasing me for payment, for something I don't use/ require? I’ve been trying to delete my account and I get Error 500. I’m on a basic 2gb plan so it’s a free service. There is nothing in my Dropbox. Tried deleting the account through google chrome, safari and the Dropbox app website data has been cleared prior to preforming the deletion.
