Several audio files went missing after 4 years.
I had several large audio files stored on Dropbox. I had not needed to access them for about four years. Today I tried to access them and found that they are not there: they have apparently not been deleted, nor moved. What canI do to recover the files (for which I have been paying storage fees for years)? Thanks to anyone who can offer advice.

Finder colour codes now seem to disappear when a file is online only
So it would seem that when I now make a file online only, the finder colour code associated with it disappears. Is this deliberate, because for me it's an absolute disaster? I use purple, for example to signify that a file is uploaded to my client's server. Very often I work on jobs that create many files that are shared & amended during the course of the job. Only the final files have to go "out the door" at my client's end & so they are the ones the are most likely uploaded. I still have to go in later & make sure all the versions & iterations are backed up on their servers. The thing is, very often, I'm on another job by then & so I have to make projects online only, so I have no way of seeing how far I got in backing up these files (which are, more often than not, 10-15GB files, so they're not things that upload quickly) without bringing everything back down to the Dropbox folder to see the colour codes. Is it really necessary to hide them like this?

Progress Bar for Automated Folder Actions
Current "Problem" When working with folder automations, I don't know how long they are going to take. When I have 3rd party automations running on my file system for my local machine in the integrated Dropbox folder, it can move files too quickly before certain automations have finished in some folders. I can slow my 3rd party automations down, but I don't know how slow I need to make them, since I can't see queued or current automation jobs (folder automations) from Dropbox in either the web or Desktop version. I am on a MacOS Apple Silicon machine, for context. Proposed "Solution" Add a progress bar that displays percentage progress and ETA for completion for automated folder operations.

No search field when moving or duplicating with iOS app
On the iOS app (on my iPhone), when choosing to move or duplicate a file or folder > choose a different folder… > there is no search box. Only the option to navigate my entire Dropbox from the root level. There used to be a search box, and it was super convenient. My app is up to date, and I deleted and downloaded again, same thing. So I’m assuming this feature was removed.

Can't rotate a video in .MP4 format
I have uploaded a video to Dropbox. When I try to edit the preview, the following message appears - This video can’t be edited Video editing is a new feature and doesn’t yet support editing videos of this codec. I have followed the suggestions on how to edit and the parameters are within the suggested limits i.e. less than 512MB, lees than 4K etc but it doesn't make any difference. I have the latest Version of thee Windows 10 app installed. Any help would be appreciated as I am trying to rotate the video as Dropbox has saved it with the wrong orientation. Kind Regards

Dropbox Back-up - (not Beta) on Mac
Having experimented with Dropbox back-up, I have disabled the sync. Q1: it has re-organised my arrangement of folders and files so nowI have to waste time correcting the interference. Is there any way to avoid that happening? Q2:According to Dropbox, any file I dlete on Dropbox will be deleted on my Mac. That's back to front: it really should be any files or content I delete or change on my Mac shouls be deleted / changed in Dropboax. Is there any way to reverse? Q3 I use previously saved word processor files as templates for the next letter. Opening a letter after trialling back-up, I am told I cannot use it but must make a duplicate. That in itself is a nuisance, but think on: if i have to duplicate every file then it wont't take long before I have used up all the storage space on my computer and on Dropbox. Is there a way around tthat? Q4: Athough i stopped the back-up, it has continued so how do i delete the files it has back-up without them being deleted on my computer; do I need to download fthem from D-Back up?
