Every 9x16 video I upload to Replay that's longer than 32 seconds glitches, and the audio+video desync. Strangely, my 16x9 videos never glitch. Please let me know what you see and if there's a fix! Any help would be greatly appreciated.91Views0likes9CommentsReplay Version Stacking
Version stacking process should be simplified. Currently, you have to select the file > go to the drop down menu > select "new version" > choose the directory > select the new file > click "upload." This is very time consuming when working with 100's of images with multiple versions. Ideally, I would drag and drop all the revised files into the web browser > wait for the upload to finish > sort by name > click and drag the new version over top of the old version. Frame.io does a great job of this exact process. Could you please replicate it!57Views1like3CommentsGive the exact time a comment was made on Replay
Comment timestamp shows "yesterday", but I need to know at precisely what time the comment was made. Sometimes I have comments made outside of Replay that I need to cross reference which comment was made last. There appears to be no way to know what time a comment was made.51Views0likes2CommentsAllow downloading of Dropbox Replay videos by default
A way to have my account BY DEFAULT allow users to download videos I post, rather than needing to go into each video/folder and enabling downloads? As a rule I want my clients to be able to download my videos so it would be a nice time-saver if I didn't need to go into these settings every single time I start a new project.110Views1like3CommentsDropbox Replay: Editable naming conventions for file uploads and downloads
I would like to suggest an option to customize the naming conventions for file uploads and downloads on Dropbox Replay. Currently, file uploads retain the name of the original file. Example: if I uploaded "coolvideo_v1" and added a new version named "coolvideo_v2," the Dropbox Replay file would retain the original "coolvideo_v1" name until I manually rename it. On the flip side, file downloads that have a version history add on the version number to the end of the downloaded file. Example: if I had named a file "coolvideo_v2a" but it was listed as version 3 in the version history, the downloaded file would be named "coolvideo_v2a_v3" on my computer. This confuses the communication between our photographers/videographers and our DAM managers. Could we add an option to edit the naming convention rules on Dropbox Replay? Custom naming conventions are already a part of Dropbox when it comes to File Request links. Let's get this added to Dropbox Replay!95Views4likes5CommentsDropbox Replay with multiple Premiere Pro sequences.
We've notice an interesting quirk with Replay. When in Premiere (Pr) we often will duplicate sequence. For example: Video Sequence 01 is edited and then uploaded to Replay via "active sequence" command in the Pr Replay extension and everything works as expected. Now, We take "Video Sequence 01" and Duplicate it to "Video Sequence 02" . We then edit that sequence and upload to Replay via "active sequence" command in the Pr Replay extension. This creates a "Video Sequence 02" file on Replay BUT in the extension, the open "Video Sequence 02" always links to "Video Sequence 01." There appears to be some sort of metadata that get associated with a sequence once it is uploaded and stays with it even if we duplicate that sequence, rename it and repurpose it. Anyone else having a similar issue?88Views0likes3CommentsI can't buy the Replay add-on, even though I'm on the Essentials trial.

Hello, When reviewing new versions on Compare Mode, there's no way (or I can't find a way) to see the comments from a previous versions to understand if the issues were addressed or not. As a workaround, I have to open two different windows set them side by side, one with current version and another with the previous version, I call it Manual Compare Mode. I don't think this makes any sense. Making the switch from Frame.IO this is something that is extremely useful that I really miss. Also, Compare Mode should be available on shared links as my clients also miss this feature, as it is extremely useful as already stated in many posts. Can Dropbox please add the ability to see previous versions comments in Compare Mode? Cheers!888Views6likes8CommentsCustomize version numbers for Replay
We need a way to customize version numbers. If for example, the 1st version of a file uploaded to a Replay project folder is actually version 2, I would like Replay's version number to match my internal version number system. I generally have a reason for choosing not to upload version 1. The current system forces me to not have the option of skipping a version number. This is extremely limiting.32Views0likes2CommentsCustom Timecode for the start of a Replay video
With Dropbox Replay, it would be great if the user could enter a custom timecode for the start of a video so that it can match the burned-in timecode. When I upload a clip from a film, it's essentially always going to be a time that IS NOT 00:00:00:00. The default for Replay seems to be zero, which makes cross referencing comments to the actual film timecode a bit of a hassle. Giving the user the ability to enter a custom timecode would solve this.56Views0likes2Comments
