Our organization previously used Docusign which would allow you to create a link to your document so the signed can access the document directly without having to go through the emailing envelope process. Dropbox Sign implied we could do the same thing. All the dropbox link does is ask the recipient for their email address, then sends them the link to the actual document via email. Doesn't this defeat the whole point of the link and not sending the document via the template envelope? I am trying to make signing easier for people who may not have an email address, which applies to most of my clients. Please help!35Views0likes3CommentsTell Us How You Use Dropbox

Where do we go when DocSend ceases in May? Is Panda Doc the most similar offering? I found DocuSign clunky and difficult to use with .pdf documents (would not upload) but the interface with Panda was very similar to DB DocSend.51Views0likes1CommentOpen Feedback to Dropbox
Dropbox has the potential to make a huge leap forward not by inventing something radically new, but by strengthening and bundling the tools it already has. Hereâs what could truly make the difference for many professionals and businesses: Reintroduce and expand Dropbox Capture. Today, video and screen recording is a daily need for teams, customer support, and remote collaboration. This tool should not disappear, it should be stronger. Enhance and integrate e-signature features. Make them more seamless, reliable, and part of the core Dropbox experience. For the Italian market, enabling authentication with the CIE (Electronic Identity Card) would make the application a must-have and extremely interesting. Boost DocSend, review its interface and make it more user-friendly. The tool is powerful, but its full potential emerges only when itâs intuitive to use and included in an accessible bundle. Significantly increase file sync capacity. Many users complain about the ~500,000 files (or performance decline oltre i ~300.000 file sincronizzati sul computer) limit in Dropboxâs desktop app The winning move would be to create a unified, accessible bundle that combines these tools at a fair price. This would bring clear, tangible value to users and set Dropbox apart from competitors in a meaningful way. Sometimes innovation is not about the next big thing. Itâs about making what you already have indispensable.373Views3likes9CommentsWhen viewing the signed document, we get an error 404
We create a Purchase Agreement document with 2 signatures. First, our manager signs then the customer. After manager signs he gets a 'Document has been signed' email that has a 'View Document' button. When clicked he receives the ERROR (404) page.87Views0likes5CommentsThe Signature field isn't suggesting the signerâs name for unauthenticated users
Hi! I am using Dropbox Sign to create a new document for signature. In the document, I place a Signature field and send the request to the signer, John Doe, via email. Previously, when an unauthenticated user opened the document to sign, the Type tab of the Signature field automatically suggested the signerâs name (âJohn Doeâ). This behavior was very convenient and worked consistently before the recent redesign. However, the Signature field now suggests only the full name of the currently loggedâin Dropbox Sign user (or empty). As a result, unauthenticated signers no longer see their assigned name preâfilled in the Signature field. Question: Is it possible to restore the previous behavior where the Signature field automatically suggested the signerâs name for unauthenticated users? Thank you in advance for your help.174Views0likes5CommentsIs it possible to allow CC recipients to see documents, without making them singers?
Hi! Does anyone here know if it's possible to allow CC recipients to see the contents of a document without needing to make them an official "signer"? I've looked through the settings and can't seem to figure this out, but it feels like basic functionality so want to ask if I'm missing something obvious. Thank you!218Views0likes5Comments
