Is anyone else having issues resizing boxes on a document that you are trying to send for signature? I can move the boxes around the document but can no longer resize them to fit in a particular area. I tried two different browsers, etc... I am having trouble with my text stacking on top of other pre-existing text because the entered field gets pasted as a multi-line version. My contracts are not looking the best because of this. I am not able to see the signed documents from Dropbox sign in my Dropbox folders anymore. It used to be seen in the "HelloSign" folder and since past couple of days when someone signs the document, it doesn't show up in Dropbox folder. It's visible in the Documents section of Dropbox sign still. Please allow us to add watermarks on mobile devices. This is a fairly major pain point for me. Please allow for better workflow for renaming a file after watermarking. Finally, please consider offering a paid tier for signatures below unlimited. The current price is a bit rich for my needs since I don't have a ton of things to sign but I will periodically have 5-10 in a month. This idea included below was discarded by your team for lack of activity. However, I did see that my idea received 2 positive votes by other customers. I can certainly understand shelving the idea because you have bigger fish to fry. But to discard it outright makes no sense to me. This is not an idea so much as it is an observation of an obvious oversight. Not being able to delete docs that you no longer wish to store on a data storage platform that charges for data storage is a glitch that needs to be fixed. Please reconsider this "idea." At present, I am not able to do that. I use that section of the platform to manage my doc signature process and be able to instantly see which docs are in process. Once the doc has been signed, I no longer want to see that doc in that section. It gets cluttered. Plus, the platform charges for data storage. Dear Dropbox Community, I'm writing to express my extreme frustration and concern regarding the complete failure of Dropbox Fax. I've been a premium subscriber for three months, and during that time, I have not received a single fax. This is unacceptable. Like many of you, I rely on fax services for important documents. The fact that Dropbox Fax is completely unreliable is not only inconvenient but potentially damaging. I've spent time and money on a service that simply doesn't work. My attempts to resolve this with Dropbox customer support have been utterly fruitless. They offer only email support, which is slow and unhelpful, and they refuse to issue refunds for their non-functional service. This is a clear case of profiting from a service they are unable to provide. Furthermore, I've seen reports of security breaches within the Dropbox system. This raises serious concerns about the safety and security of our sensitive information. I'm seriously considering pursuing legal action against Dropbox for this breach of trust and the financial losses incurred. I believe that a company that collects money for a service it cannot deliver should be held accountable. I urge anyone else experiencing similar issues with Dropbox Fax to share their experiences here. There is no selection to change fields to Bold/ Italic/ Underline which are basic functions for letter template. Hi there, I am trying to get access to my Hellosign account that I have been using on my phone. I have tried adding the domains and IP addresses to my Google Workspace to whitelist them and I have added the contact to my contact list but nothing comes through when I request a link. Is there a way to get further support on this? The current email support is incredibly slow, i have had 1 response in three days so far. I think the problem may be that the email address is set up on a forwarder and we don't have control over the initial mail server so the mail could be being blocked there. I wanted to inquire about the possibility of adding a feature that allows us to track when a document has been signed and then mark it as filed, once the necessary actions have been completed. Currently, we use Dropbox to track when users have signed the 8879 (the agreement to file their tax return). While we can see when the document is signed, we don't have a system to visually confirm once it has been filed. Right now, the process requires manual verification by checking the document to ensure that it's been filed after signed. I am assuming many customers use the platform for business process like this. This would be a way to attract customers to use the platform for tracking process as well- just by adding a box to check off or categorize. What we are hoping for is a way to easily mark or "check off" the signed document once it has been filed, creating a clear indication that this step has been completed. Ideally, this would allow us to streamline our workflow and reduce the risk of missing this final step. Is there a way to implement such a feature in the system?
