I want to edit and save my updated document to a new location, instead of auto-save.
I have a master document saved in Dropbox. I'm trying to open the document and make changes to it then save it as a new document in a different folder without saving the changes to the "master" document. My problem seems to be autosave as every time I make a change to the master, it auto saves, not allowing me to save to a new folder and keep the original as a master copy. How do I solve this problem? Thanks
I can't open my Excel files online. The website keeps loading and freezes.
Hi, I can't open my Excel files any more. Normaly I open them with the Excel for the Web option and work in them. Now it keeps on loading (right under in the screencorner) but it freezes/doesn't open. Has anybody an idea how to solve this?Can I automatically move the subfolders I've listed in an Excel file into a shared folder?
I have 10,000 subfolders with unique numeric names. I need to sift out 1000 of these subfolders into a shared folder. The list of these 1000 folders is in an Excel (or .csv) file. Is there a Dropbox automation that will move or copy the correct subfolders into the shared folder based on the Excel list?
Why does one of my colleagues see that her Excel file is locked for editing by her?
Hi, one of my colleagues is trying to open a spreadsheet stored in drobox using Excell, and it is saying locked for editing by her? which it is not - her other colleague is also having the same problem when he tries to open it. I can open it no problem. Any ideas? Dropbox say that it is an issue with the software (Microsoft) Thanks
