Our syncing has stopped, since our admin has left and we can't access our accounts to pay.
Our group administrator has left and we cannot even access our bill. We cannot move forward without changing our group administrator but there is no way to contact DROPBOX. Our credit card number changed and the bill was not paid and nothing is syncing. All information is sent to ex adm email in google with two part auth. which goes to her private cell phone. How can we reclaim this account when there is no way for anyone else to contact Dropbox directly.
I need to delete the Dropbox Sign account I'm paying for, but I can't sign in.
I was charged a £168 yearly subscription fee for Dropbox sign, which I no longer use and didn't even realise I had to pay for. This is likely my fault, but I desperately need to delete the account and it won't let me login. The chat bot is totally not useful and I'm finding this super stressful. NEED HELP CANCELLING ACCOUNT I HAVE NO WAY TO ACCESS I no longer have access to the email account that I used to setup a Dropbox account with. I have been getting billed annually and just noticed it.
