Since i have ended my trial for essential. Now i am using the Basic Dropbox version, i observed that in manage account section when i check the billing information for my account i see my credit card information is saved. I want to remove this credit card information , but i do not see any buttons or option to remove my credit card. Bit annoyed that I’m not able to just contact support because I’m not a ‘plus member’, even though I am and have been for years. Recently moved back from New Zealand to the Netherlands, which is super annoying with the app store and this has been a whole nightmare in itself. You need to let all your subscriptions run out before you can change this, so I did. After waiting for a month for all my subscriptions to end, i still couldn’t change since apparently Dropbox still required me to pay 20,50nzd for, idk, the month of April, maybe May? it doesnt say. Did that. changed countries. Now my subscription is still not active. In the appstore under my subscriptions it says it ended 25th of July 2024, which is super weird, because Ive been using it and paying for it up until now, so thats not correct. I just already paid for this coming month, as far as I understand it, so why isnt it active? This has to be the abosolute worse support system for a company I've ever encountered. You can not directly access anything. Phone no's listed are no longer good. Email address for support are no longer a supported email box and you provide no real help in reaching anyone via email or phone or text. with a billing question. I can't find anywhere on my account, what type of account I have and when you call for a rep to call you back, you want me to list some time of an acct code which again is not listed anywhere on my account. Dear Dropbox Community, I can not figure out how to cancel my $22/mo. individual plan, which I not longer use. I have logged into my account via both the web and Android app and still can not cancel it. Very frustrating. And I can not locate a phone number, chat option or email to get help from Dropbox. I am sure Dropbox is a fine company with a great product. But, I not longer need it. I would be MOST appreciative if anyone can tell me how to cancel my account. My most recent charge on my credit card was yesterday, Oct. 31. Would love to get a refund, but I am not sure that is possible. Many thanks. So I started working for a new company. They asked me to create a new dropbox account. I was supposed to make a personal account and then join the company dropbox. But I made a business account and then joined the company dropbox. and now, my trial is ending at the end of this month. Dropbox is keep asking for my billing info. And when I try to add it, it says it's going to charge me after my trial ends. I do not want to get charged with anything. So I submitted a ticket to request a change my account from business to personal, hoping it will fix my problem. but still waiting for a reply. Anyone know how I can keep my access to company files/folders after trial ends, without adding my billing info? Our group administrator has left and we cannot even access our bill. We cannot move forward without changing our group administrator but there is no way to contact DROPBOX. Our credit card number changed and the bill was not paid and nothing is syncing. All information is sent to ex adm email in google with two part auth. which goes to her private cell phone. Hi there. I have made an Upgrade from Basic - to 2000GB storage (Dropbox Plus). And I have paid 200 EUR for it. Money is transferred from my account, and I have received a confirmation email. Problem: There has not been added any ekstra storage onto my account! Så it is paid, but still on Basic. Has anyone else tried this also?
