2-page / Book view for PDF's
It would really be great to be able to view PDF's in "Two page view" like on Acrobat. It makes it much easier for clients to review documents intended to be read/viewed in spread format WHILE KEEPING THE ACCURATE PAGE NUMBERS. Yes, as a designer, I can export a document in spread view, but then the page numbers will be off (i.e. the spread of pages 4 and 5 are combined and appear as a single page 3) and can make communicating about the document complicated. To see what functionality I am talking about, please open a multi page document in Acrobat and go to the View --> Page Display options as shown in my included screen shot.
Imperative: Camera Uploads Update
Hello. Can you please make it so that people are able to change the name of the "Camera Uploads" without it cancelling the automatic uploads after doing so and also make it so that people can simultaneously upload files from multiple albums in their device into separate folders on Dropbox? This will make it far easier everyone to organize everything, especially when sharing the folder(s) with others. Point 1: As of right now, if someone were to change the name of the "Camera Uploads" folder to something else, let's say to "Andrew's Content," the automatic uploads will completely cancel future automatic uploads into that folder and create a whole entire new folder, again named "Camera Uploads," resulting in 2 separate folders which is inefficient, can lead users to become very confused, and what can be seen as an error in the algorithm from my point of view. Point 2: If a business has multiple people sharing their "Camera Uploads" folder to them, that business has no way to distinguish between which "Camera Uploads" folder belongs to whom, nor is the business able to change the name of the folder for themselves on their end. This is a major problem. Point 3: When people want to set up automatic uploads from multiple albums in their phone named, let's call them 'Content 1,' Content 2,' and 'Content 3,' and have them saved in either the same and/or separate folders in Dropbox, they can't because it is not even a feature. Can you please look into this and make these, what I think would be very beneficial quality of life, updates? Thank you so much for your time and consideration! When I share a Dropbox link to a folder with photographs, the web link is not optimized for photo viewing on any platform (phone or desktop). The thumbnails are too small and compressed. And on a phone's web browser, users can swipe through individual photos, but it requires two separate taps, thereby quickly becoming cumbersome. I am suggesting the idea to have Dropbox photo folders appear as a dynamic, tiled gallery, much like on a dedicated iOS or Android app. Google Drive's photo gallery is a great example of how to implement such a feature on Dropbox.
Support send to iPad/iPhone in preview markup
Normally when I take screenshots on my mac I can send the image to my iPad and markup the image on my iPad (without needing to save the image to my iPad). I find this really useful as I can markup my screenshots with Apple Pencil. It would be super handy if Dropbox screenshot markup supported this also.
