Shared Files

I've been sending files for quite some time to different email addresses. Recently, my clients are not getting the shared files. It says in Dropbox that it's sent, even if I send it multiple times it says it's sent. I tried to send to myself as well and am not receiving the files, though I did receive a reminder email. I have deleted and reinstalled the app, etc. Samsung S21.103Views0likes9CommentsI shared a folder with someone but they cannot access the contents
Device HP laptop Operating System/Browser (if using the web) (Windows 11) I just posted this but it's not showing up. I shared a parent folder with my VA for photos with 7 child folders inside it. She couldn't access that folder. So I shared one child folder with her and she can open that one, but doesn't see all the photos that I put into it. Both the parent folder and child folder show that they are "shared'. What's am I doing wrong? I can put screenshots if it would help. Thank you!Solved59Views0likes8CommentsMy files appear to be empty after editing
Hello, I'm on an ASUS Zenbook running Windows 11. I have a shared dropbox folder that constantly has files getting wiped/copied (when they get copied they are empty) showing up on the dropbox. It always shows me editing the file and its usually multiple at the exact same time. All the files have nothing in them and instead are blank. I know you can restore the file but its been happening for months and across multiple different shared folders and its honestly a headache to fix. Help appreciated, thanks in advance.100Views0likes7CommentsI keep getting a warning that my content may contain phishing.
Hello. Every time I attempt to add new people to a shared folder, it won’t let me and tells me the files might contain phishing content, and the link to view the files isn’t working either. I need this fixed ASAP. Thank you.27Views0likes1CommentView shared photos as a gallery
When I share a Dropbox link to a folder with photographs, the web link is not optimized for photo viewing on any platform (phone or desktop). The thumbnails are too small and compressed. And on a phone's web browser, users can swipe through individual photos, but it requires two separate taps, thereby quickly becoming cumbersome. I am suggesting the idea to have Dropbox photo folders appear as a dynamic, tiled gallery, much like on a dedicated iOS or Android app. Google Drive's photo gallery is a great example of how to implement such a feature on Dropbox.65Views0likes3CommentsHow can I share files within a folder in a specific order?
Question or Issue I'm a pro photographer and I use dropbox to deliver photos to my clients. I number each photo (i.e. "Smith-1, Smith-2, Smith-3, etc...). Dropbox used to share them in order (lowest number to highest) now they share in reverse order (highest number to lowest). I want to change this back to the way it was but I'm having no luck figuring it out. Any help??Solved92Views0likes5CommentsComment without Login
I'm sharing photos and videos, as well as production documents with clients and love to get their feedback on the specific file. However, many companies prohibit employees from generating their own Dropbox account, which is needed to comment on the files. How about just having to "sign up" with their Name and Email in order to get notifications? Would love to have an easier way to share files with clients and get their feedback as simple as possible.104Views1like1Comment
