Dropbox Plan - Basic (Formerly had Business Standard) Are you a Team Member or Admin? - Admin Do you have access to the email linked to the account? Yes Question or Issue I'm the current Admin for my organization and a previous employee is still on our DropBox account as a "Member." From the Admin Console page, it looks like she has 1+ Gb of storage used in her account. If I "Disconnect" her from our account, will her docs be lost? Does she need to set up a separate account first and then, transfer her files before I disconnect her? Any insight would be helpful. Wenn ich nun auf die Dropbox gehe ist der Hauptname der des Teams und darin ist mein persönlicher Ordner, den ich vorher als Business-Account hatte. I am trying to join a dropbox team that stores technical data for my employer. He has sent an invitation four different times now, and I still can't access the team. While the invitation pops up for me to join, when I try to join the team I get a blank page. Refreshing doesn't resolve the page, I've tried closing the browser and reopening the link, restarting my computer, and clearing all other app activity. If I open the link and reopen dropbox, it shows the invitation but does not add me to the team. I've tried logging out and logging back in, and that doesn't resolve the issue either. On m'a donné le lien vers ce dernier compte et j'y accÚde avec mon adress mail de mon compte personnel. We are small organisation where three people from the management should share documents. We decided to purchase Dropbox Business with 3 licenses. One person created the Dropbox account, and automatically became ADMIN. His email become the address used by Dropbox to communicate the issues affecting the whole team. Other people were invited by admin via invitation process. Now - in this organisation, management regularly rotate - one or more people leave the management, other people enter management. At any given time, there are at most 3 people in the management. What is the correct procedure to manage Dropbox accounts in this scenario? For example - when Admin person is replaced in the management, how to transfer ADMIN role to differrent user? Hello, Our companyâs admin Dropbox account was deleted due to locked state. However, other team members who had access to files shared from this admin account can still view them. I need to delete some of these files, but since the owner account (admin) was deleted, I no longer have control over them. When I logged back into the admin account, a new profile was created, and all previous files were missing. Is there a way to assign admin rights to one of the existing members with access to these files, so they can control and manage them as an admin?
