Bonjour, j'ai soucrit gratuitement à un compte personnel dropbox et je suis bénévole dans une association qui a son compte dropbox. On m'a donné le lien vers ce dernier compte et j'y accÚde avec mon adress mail de mon compte personnel. Depuis je reçois des mails que mon espace est plein et que je dois souscrire en payant pour plus d'espace. je pense qu'il s'agit plus d'un problÚme de droits différenciés entre mon compte perso et celui de l'accÚs au compte de l'association. comment faire ? est-ce à l'administrateur du compte de l'association qui doit gérer les accÚs ? est-ce possible avec la m^me adresse mail ? merci de votre aide

I became a Dropbox business team member by invitation. In Dropbox, personal folders and shared folders were divided. After I left the team, I went to the account I was invited to access my personal folder, but I had to re-join, so I couldn't check my personal folder. We are small organisation where three people from the management should share documents. We decided to purchase Dropbox Business with 3 licenses. One person created the Dropbox account, and automatically became ADMIN. His email become the address used by Dropbox to communicate the issues affecting the whole team. Other people were invited by admin via invitation process. Now - in this organisation, management regularly rotate - one or more people leave the management, other people enter management. At any given time, there are at most 3 people in the management. What is the correct procedure to manage Dropbox accounts in this scenario? For example - when Admin person is replaced in the management, how to transfer ADMIN role to differrent user? Hello, Our companyâs admin Dropbox account was deleted due to locked state. However, other team members who had access to files shared from this admin account can still view them. I need to delete some of these files, but since the owner account (admin) was deleted, I no longer have control over them. When I logged back into the admin account, a new profile was created, and all previous files were missing. Is there a way to assign admin rights to one of the existing members with access to these files, so they can control and manage them as an admin? Thankyou in advance Bandana
