I've been a DB user for over 3 years and I've opened, made offline, uploaded, downloaded, etc. videos hundreds of time. Currently I have a video that's 22GB that when I play it online in any browser, or in the DB app on my iPhone it plays fine. Once I make it available offline the audio plays but not the video. I've even changed from the shared DB its in to my own DB account. Other videos are fine. Thanks David223Views0likes7CommentsVideo transcript is not working, it just loads indefinitely.
No matter how long I wait, it stays like this indefinitely. Refreshing the page or trying a different browser doesnât fix it either. Iâve tried Firefox, Chrome, Safari, and Opera, but the result is the same on all of them. Even clearing history/cookies doesnât solve the issue. Does anyone have a solution?217Views0likes10CommentsWhen downloading a large File, the process always stops at 11GB.
I try to download a file (18.9 GB) from DropBox. But, it always stops at around 11.6 GB this has happened in previous projects also. I don't know how to solve this, I tried download manager, but it didn't solve. If anyone knows this problem please help me out.199Views1like1CommentEvery uploaded video to Dropbox from Galaxy S24+ is corrupted
I just came to the realization after about 9 months of having this S24+ that all of the videos that are automatically uploading are corrupted. They can play in all of the video applications but are choppy with seemingly decreased resolution. The corruption is apparent both in the cloud and when it shoots back down to my computer suggesting the problem is at that initial level of Dropbox uploading from the S24. What really finally keyed me off was that I was going to make a Facebook post and it wouldn't upload the video which I finally narrowed down to all videos taken from this S24. The videos look great on the phone itself and if I try to upload the video directly from the S24 to Facebook it works well. Provided that I can manually get these videos onto my computer (not through Dropbox) yielding a great, uncorrupted product, the problem is Dropbox which perturbs me as I have many hours of work having categorized and renamed files which I absolutely do not want to redo. I'm very much hoping Dropbox can remedy this with as little work as possible so that I don't need to start looking for a new cloud solution.Solved180Views0likes4CommentsSeamless Photo Collaboration with Dropbox

this is weird. so I have a speech from a french guy with a french accent but talking in english. when I run it through dropbox's transcription, several times the transcription translates what he is saying in english into french. this has happened more than once with different speakers with accents, it auto translates it into their native language.158Views0likes6CommentsThere's no transcript button or title when previewing a video on the mobile app.
