Hi everyone! I have a problem I hope you can help me resolve. I use my Dropbox free acount to move files from my phone to the office computer. They are personal things, so I can't install the app or login out of a private browser session. I have two-factors autentication active. Dropbox makes me lose a lot of time in stupid games before login to prove I'm human. I'm not talking about reCAPTCHA here, but real games where you move people to the right chair and other crap like that. How can I avoid this? It's ridicolous, if I wanted to play I will have open an account to a game site, not to personal cloudspace.2.4KViews7likes32CommentsEndless CAPTCHA loop when logging into my Dropbox account on Windows 11
As I can see that issue is all over the same. I cannot login to my Dropbox account on new pc due to Endless CAPTCHA loop. I am getting message that I am recognized as human being but after that the message from Captcha popped up about not correct result. Then new captcha window is started again. I tried to pass the captcha test few times today. I have tried different internet explorers, Edge, Chrome, Mozzila. Please fix this.Solved361Views2likes10CommentsI can no longer log in because of the new "games" captcha
I have been using the Dropbox free account for several years now. However, I am currently no longer able to log in to the site because the login puzzle is not working. This cost me a total of 30 minutes of my time. With the best will in the world, I can't afford this waste of time. I will therefore refrain from using Dropbox in the future if no solution is found.548Views2likes13CommentsI can't log in to my account due to the Captcha
The captcha takes multiple minutes to complete, and better yet, it will either say that I have failed the captcha OR complete the captcha to only refresh the page and ask me to log in again. Because of this, it is literally impossible to access my account. What is going on here?195Views1like4CommentsLogin not possible due to captcha problem
Starting yesterday evening Dropbox wants me to solve 10 (!) captchas where I have to sit people in certain rows in a room. First of all: Who had this horrible idea? Can you make it even more complicated to access my data? Second: Even when I solve the captchas the login won't work with Firefox. It did work with Edge - And no - this cannot be a permanent solution. Please fix this problem or I will have to move to a different platform. When Windows 11 is in Dark Mode, the Google Chrome browser is also in dark mode by default. In this case the Dropbox 2 factor authentication QR code is not getting recognized by the authenticator app (e.g. Aegis authenticator app). It only works when Windows 11 is in Light Mode (which also forces Google Chrome to Light Mode by default).844Views1like7Comments
