I attempted the recovery form multiple times, but it now says I have tried too many times and instructs me to contact support. I have always used the free Dropbox plan. I am absolutely done I've gone through the whole Dropbox roundabout - Login, search for payment ID, use credit card details - that didnt work We even CANCELLED OUR CARD - and still the payments are coming out on our new card Every month, we get 2 charges for Dropbox, and no one in our office is connected or has a paying account. Hi, I had made a dropbox account in 2015 or 2016 under a now deleted email address that I no longer have access to. I can sign into the account, but cannot get past as it asks for a password reset, or sign-in code.. something of the sort. The point is, whatever it sends to the email, it is deleted and I cannot retrieve what is necessary to sign-in. This account might be the last place on earth to house invaluable pieces of my teenage years that I would like to retrieve. Is it at all possible to regain access given my situation? Question or Issue I have a new Dell All-in-One PC to replace my prior that is no longer supported by Microsoft. It comes with basic Dropbox. My prior PC had Dropbox with more capacity than my new one. New capacity limits prevent me from transferring my old Dropbox storage to my new machine. Hi! When logging in to the website, it used to send a verification code to my email. Now it only prompts the Dropbox app to authenticate log in, or via sms. It used to send to email but now I don't see it an an option. How to i add using email as login authentication option? Why does dropbox send send to the Dropbox app to. Authenticate log in?
