Hello Dropbox Community! My name is Lainie and I'm a Product Manager at Dropbox. Every now and again, I am going to post a "Did you know..." to 1) keep you informed of all of the cool technology that exists at Dropbox and 2) gather your feedback on how the features are performing. In today's, "Did you know..." I'll be talking about Image Search! Image search is allows you to use the Search Bar to search for the contents of the image using words to describe the image. For example, if you search for "cat" your search results will show files that 1) contain the word "cat" in the file name or body, AND 2) files that contain images of cat. No mention of the word "cat" is necessary! Pretty cool! If you haven't yet, I recommend that you check it out. Please respond to this thread and let me know... A) Did you know this feature existed? Do you use it? B) How can we make this even more useful for you? Have a great day! I am helping my mom with cancelling a number of recurring subscriptions and the most difficult one has been this drop box account. I keep cycling through how to cancel a dropbox account trial/account but nothing is working. There is no billing history in the account and the subscriptions page says she is on dropbox basic online. she is charged via card and gets an annual email with the last email saying: "our subscription will renew on August 24, 2025, and you’ll be charged $130.01 on that date and again each year, until you cancel. If you’d like to cancel your subscription, access your account settings You may also contact support at any time." but when I click the apps it send me on a goose chase. HOW CAN I CANCEL? I've had the Dropbox Plus plan for over 10 years and have been more or less happy with the service. My account is about ⅓ full at any given time. Most of the time I use the desktop app (Mac OS 15.6.1, dropbox v.237.4.5655) which syncs my files across 3 devices and between several apps. I don't sync all files to the desktop obviously, so sometimes I have to log in to the web version to see all files. Dropbox bombards me with requests to upgrade to business level and work with "my team". not just once or twice, but EVERY TIME I log in. That and the giant green button at the top a different color from everything else on the page constantly begging me to upgrade... aaaarrrrrghhhhh. Is the desktop site intended to drive away non-corporate customers? I've done lots of projects with other people and the whole point of using Dropbox was the ease of passing files between all our different freelance accounts. It's out-of-proportion annoying. I have scoured all the notification and account settings and found nothing. Please how can I stop it? thanks!55Views0likes1CommentHow can I downgrade your plan to the Dropbox Plus account with 1TB of space?

Dropbox Plan Plus Payment Method Credit Card How did you upgrade? Directly through the Dropbox website Question or Issue On 3rd Nov 2025, I updated the credit card details for payment, and the update and payment were successful. But on 6th Nov 2025, I received an email saying Renewal Payment failed, need to update and pay again. After I updated this time, I received the receipt.
