Select multiple documents in Drobox Sign "your documents" list for bulk actions (deleting, etc.)
In the "your documents" section of Drobox Sign, users have the options to send reminders for unsigned documents, download, share, delete, etc. However, we can only do this on each individual document. What I'd like to suggest is the option to select multiple documents (maybe even a "select all" for the current filter) to allow bulk actions. I'm picturing something like most email clients have for emails: either checkboxes or shift-clicking, then "mark all as read" and "delete all", etc. In particular, I have at least 19 pages of documents (15 per page) dating back as far as 2021 that I no longer need. I'd love to delete them all, not only due to the clutter I see but I'm sure they take up some amount of storage on Dropbox's servers. However, asking me to manually delete each document individually is just unrealistic when it takes several seconds to click the "more options" three dots, click delete, confirm the popup, and wait for the page to reload. It'd probably take me the better part of a day, even assuming I didn't have other work to attend to. It would also be helpful if the "your documents" section had more filtering options than just document status and search terms. Filtering by date and by template used would be a good start. I'd also like to recommend giving the user some means of categorizing the documents in the "your documents" section, rather than just placing everything in a very, very long list. Either folders we can place documents in, or a tag system, or both.
Photo AI Index search & Detection
Please pass this on to your engineers, please incorporate photo indexing where I can select someone's face and have Dropbox search through all my photos and find all the associated photos. But don't limit it to just human beings but let it be anything. Please incorporate this feature. Because there's so many pictures and or videos i want to delete but i have hundreds of thousands of photos to go through and it's impossible to do so. Also, it be cool if i can choose someone's face and have the option to "delete" their face in the group photo.Calculate all sizes
I feel like I'm living in a parallel universe or have time travelled back to 1985 but I would like to propose a simple, brilliant, obvious, missing feature: The ability to calculate sizes of multiple Dropbox folders. So that I can select hundreds of Dropbox folders (in the web version to get a true picture of actual storage) then calculate all sizes, then sort in size order. This has been a part of most operating systems for what, 20+ years? But Dropbox doesn't facilitate it. A cynic might suggest that it's a deliberate move to avoid customers seeing what is taking up space and choosing to delete, using up less space and therefore spending less money. But surely Dropbox wouldn't treat their customers in such a way...? I've been a loyal customer - and advocate - for many years in the face of cheaper competitors but this has honestly blown my mind.
Enable Emoji in file names.
I use emoji’s to help me find things quicker. I would like to add an emoji from the apple keyboard to the file folder name but when I click on rename and add the emoji it says “invalid folder name...the folder name contains invalid characters”. Here is an example I wish to change “Vehicles and DOT” folder to say “🚗Vehicle and DOT”

Displaying the date of the last modification. The information is available because when you open the folder info, you can see the date of the last modification, but in normal view, it only shows the date of modification of the files, not the folders.
Imperative: Camera Uploads Update
Hello. Can you please make it so that people are able to change the name of the "Camera Uploads" without it cancelling the automatic uploads after doing so and also make it so that people can simultaneously upload files from multiple albums in their device into separate folders on Dropbox? This will make it far easier everyone to organize everything, especially when sharing the folder(s) with others. Point 1: As of right now, if someone were to change the name of the "Camera Uploads" folder to something else, let's say to "Andrew's Content," the automatic uploads will completely cancel future automatic uploads into that folder and create a whole entire new folder, again named "Camera Uploads," resulting in 2 separate folders which is inefficient, can lead users to become very confused, and what can be seen as an error in the algorithm from my point of view. Point 2: If a business has multiple people sharing their "Camera Uploads" folder to them, that business has no way to distinguish between which "Camera Uploads" folder belongs to whom, nor is the business able to change the name of the folder for themselves on their end. This is a major problem. Point 3: When people want to set up automatic uploads from multiple albums in their phone named, let's call them 'Content 1,' Content 2,' and 'Content 3,' and have them saved in either the same and/or separate folders in Dropbox, they can't because it is not even a feature. Hello Dropbox team 👋 I would really really love to be able to see tags appear besides the name of the files in any view, or folder, and on the mobile app, web version, and desktop app. Just a nice coloured tag left to the star icon would be wonderful. Yes, I know at Dropbox you are not a big fan of small, seemingly unnecessary cutomizations that don't serve an immediate and measurable purpose, but making customers happy is very important (here by improving UI and UX significantly and seemlessly for a small amount of time and effort). I'm sure the intern could figure it out in three days. Also if you are hyper motivated you can add a filter for tags to sort files (but NOT necessary, making them visible and coloured is already a great improvement). Give us the option to export/download comments
It would be extremely helpful to have the ability to download a PDF (or image, or other file types) with comments included. Alternatively, could there be a way save out just the comments as it's own downloadable format? If a file is changed, the comments disappear into the ether. This would help streamline our workflow and help keep track of changes/comments/conversations. Currently we screenshot every page with comments to keep track of edits.
