4 years agoIt sounds like you’re experiencing an issue with a third party application. Please reach out to the support organization for that app for help. If the developers of this app are having any trouble with the Dropbox API itself, they can reach out to Dropbox developer support directly with the relevant technical details.

I thought that was clear in my original message... I was working with a rep from the developer of the plugin about this issue for a few days this week, and that's what he told me - that it's a problem on Dropbox's end.
