Connection timeout

We are investigating reports of users of certain Internet service providers being unable to reach the Dropbox servers. 

We are working to resolve these issues. If you are still seeing connectivity issues now, please let me know and supply the output of the following commands from the affected machine:

How do I find the trace root to report it. My dropbox sync to Scrivener on my ipad has been timing out on all attempts over the past 24 hours. Files begin syncing and after approx five minutes and 10 file transfer/update I get sync timeout message; try again later. This is now impeding work flow. Please advise on status of connection timeouts the past week. 

I am unable too complete update syncs between Dropbox and Scrivener the past 24 hours with repeated attempts getting time out messages. Impeding work flow. There is no error code.
