file restore event from version history
When a file is restored from version history on the web, how would one determine if this is a restored file. Both via webhooks and polling method (may not make a difference?).
- The Dropbox API doesn't offer a way to distinguish if any particular file version was caused by a restoration or by a normal file upload/edit event, but I'll pass this along as a feature request.

Hi dbx,
Is this via the API for an app you are developing? - dydxd9 years agoExplorer | Level 3
Yes, using API.

I'll move it to the API forum for you then :)
Youre much more likely to get a reply there - Greg-DB9 years ago
