8 years agoThe user limit doesn't apply to production apps, so it sounds like you may accidentally be using a different app key. Can you double check which one you're using against your app registrations on the App Console?
If you need help tracking that down, or if you're definitely using your production app key, please open an API ticket with the details.

Yes, the app is definitely in the production mode. This is the summary from the app console:
Status: Production
Permission type: App folder
And there are more than 200 users connected at the Analytics page. By myself I cannot reproduce the problem, but user sent me screenshot of the fail message.
I will follow your suggestion to open an API ticket, thank you.
