Submit changes inside App console -> Permissions doesn't work

Hello
The issue is very simple, can't submit new permissions for the app, this "button" doesn't work and I've tried it on several different browsers.
How can I fix it?

Just follow the direction within the message you're receiving. Hm...🤔 it's strange why that discrepancy isn't resolved automatically like in many other similar cases.

There's currently an issue that makes that "Submit" button appear white/greyed out and hard to see when making scope changes, but that button is still there and should be functional.

As Здравко said though, based on the error you're getting, the issue is that you're attempting to combine team and user scopes, but without the required team_data.member scope. The team_data.member scope is needed to combine team and user scopes, but it's not checked in your screenshot. If you do need both team and user scopes, please try again with the team_data.member scope checked as well.
