“Viewed Links” on phone but not computer

The “Viewed Links” folder in my phone app does not populate on my computer app. I’d like to download and utilize forms, documents, etc…from this Viewed Links folder efficiently and am unable to do so from my phone. Any help is appreciated!

Hi there Pocialik - thanks for using Dropbox and welcome to our Community.

I'm not quite sure to what you're referring to; could you provide some additional information or a screenshot so that we make sure we're on the same page?

    Thanks!

I’m in a group and there’s a section on my DropBox mobile app that says “Viewed Links” and contains a folder with multiple other folders. The files present in these folders I’d like to view on my computer and save to an external hard drive but this “Viewed Links” location is not present on my DropBox webpage or the computer app.

Currently on my phone and unable to load a screen shot of my mobile app. 🤦‍♂️

Hey Pocialik, have you made sure that the app is open & running as it should on your computer?

If so, feel free to clarify the app's exact syncing status at the moment.

Is it possible that you used our selective sync feature and removed the folder locally by any chance?
