All downloaded files are corrupt

I had a paid account in Dropbox where I used to save all my files. I decided to stop my suscription to Dropbox so I had to download them all to my computer and delete them from Dropbox. Today, I noticed that all the downloaded files are corrupted and I have no idea what to do as they they longer exist in dropbox. I can't understand why all of the are corrupted and with errors. Anyone else has had this problem? How to solve it? Thanks.

Hi loredz, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

How much time did you provide for the files to fully sync and download to your machine?

How did you perform the download? Was it by moving files out of the Dropbox folder elsewhere, or by downloading it manually from the site?

Are any of your missing files available on the events page or the deleted files page?

This will help me to assist further!
