basic subscription: wouldnt allow me to download my stuff and wouldnt allow me to delete folders
hey there. can anyone help me? I want to leave dropbox bc my father paid for icloud (unfortunatly). Now I want to download all my stuff (around 60gb) but it wouldnt allow me to download. In addition it doesnt allow me to delete my folders from the "Mac Book backup" even though I have disconnected all back up devices. But it still says that I havent done so. Now, what can I do? Im confused. Thank you!

Hey zmana, I'd be happy to help!
How do you try to download your content? Do you try to do it using the website, and downloading everything at once or a different way?
As for your Backup, if you visit your Backup page online, can you confirm that it's disabled, as it should be? Do you get any specific messages when trying to delete the content there?
Let me know more!
