Blurred PDF Files

Can anyone help.  I have transferred files into dropbox some of which can be previewed but others appear as if they have a blue film over the entirety of the file and others are just blurred.

 

Not sure why this is happening but I need to sort it out asap.

 

Can anyone help please.

    Hey kevin m, happy 2022! 

    You should be able to press down on the area of the file you want the camera to focus on. 

    Alternatively, can you try taking the picture using your phone's camera, then uploading it using our app?
