I seem to have sorted it, I ran the dropbox app and it seems to have reset the options - thanks for the pointer.

6 months agoDropbox uses something called 'Online Only' which is used to save space on devices. However, if Dropbox is running they should download automatically when you try and view them.
So, two things to try: make sure Dropbox is running on your machine and secondly, if not, make it available offline.
