Can't scroll picture to picture anymore.

I can,t scroll picture to picture anymore it's really frustrating why has this happened & how can it be reset as before please Su Graham

Based on the tag you used I'm guessing you're using our mobile app, right? If not, feel free to clarify.

Would you mind sharing the OS you're using, along with the Dropbox version that's installed on the device? 

When did you first notice this behavior, and are you accessing the files using the "Photos" tab or your "Files" tab?
