Could someone assist me with downloading and previewing videos?

I download my videos and they appear but won’t open unless I pick Hiw to open this file: adobe, Firefox, internet explorer etc and none of them open??
Anyone have suggestions?

    What type of file are you downloading, according to the file extension?

     

    Do you have a compatible video or media player to view the file on your computer?
