Disabling downloads before sending a file in Dropbox.
Can I disable downloads before sending a file in Dropbox basic for individuals?
Hi lafillette2, let's jump right into this!
I'm afraid that this isn't an option, if you're using a Basic plan.
It all depends on how you wish to share your file, and your plan. If you're on a paid plan, you can use a shared link, and disable downloads using these steps.
I hope this helps!
