Distorted video

I did a video on my Samsung S22 cell and it worked fine. Uploaded to FB and it was working fine for a while. Now is is distorted and blurry. How can I fix it on my laptop? It is now on my laptop as w...

Oh, thanks for letting me know about that.

 

If you download the file from Dropbox to your device and play it there, does it play correctly?

If I move it from Dropbox onto my device, it is still distorted. Subjects became shorter and fatter and video blurry. Can't figure out how that happened nor how to correct it.

    If you preview the video on dropbox.com, what do you see there?

      The video is distorted on everything I have tried. Even dropbox.

        Hey BG2017, sorry for jumping in here.

         

        Did you perhaps use the Facebook data transfer tool to upload your video from your Facebook account to Dropbox? 

         

        When you uploaded this video for the first time to your Dropbox account, was it previewing properly?
