Hi there oli1 - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Can you send us a screenshot of the exact error you're getting when trying to download your files from the website?
Thanks so much!

I was referring to the 3 dots to the right of your folder names oli1 - can you give it a go and let me know what you find?

Hi Walter,
what’s the next step,
cause I need to recover my data somehow, and it seems that nothing can happen from Dropbox, except if you know a solution to “negotiate” with them, or is it because I haven’t find out the right way to use the UI & succeed to process the recovery of my data.
any feedbacks from you are more than welcome cause I don’t know how to address to Dropbox the issue I am facing.
Thank you Walter for your help.

Olius, did you click on the ellipsis button/the button with the 3 dots that Walter mentioned previously?
If yes, there should be an option to download your files.
In case you can’t see it though, please send me one more screenshot of the options you see instead.
