I am having exactly the same problem. I tried for three hours this morning. I tried to use different browsers, incognito mode, cleared all caches, tried different wifi connections and different computers and I still have the problem. Can anyone help?!

Hi ccd2, welcome to our Community!
How large is the content you're trying to download?
Can you also send us a screenshot of the error you see on your end?
Thanks a bunch!

The folder is 15.89MG with 27 files in it, so less than the maximum. Here are the screenshots of the errors I get Safari and Chrome.
I feel like I have tried everything and I am desperate to find a solution 😞
