Dropbox removes the images from my Word document and throws a preview error.

I have a Word document, compressed to 13gb that contains over 100 images, when I upload the .docx into Dropbox it either removes all the images and just previews text or it gives me the error ".docx files are supported but something went wrong".  Any would be appreciated.

    Are you trying to preview the file on the website? If so I imagine its just far far too big. The limit for previewing is 160mb: https://help.dropbox.com/view-edit/file-types-that-preview

    To get to view it a user will need to download and open locally.

    I compressed the file and it is on 13mb.  so far below the 160 threshold for previewing.
