Dropbox removes the images from my Word document and throws a preview error.

Question

I have a Word document, compressed to 13gb that contains over 100 images, when I upload the .docx into Dropbox it either removes all the images and just previews text or it gives me the error ".docx files are supported but something went wrong".&nbsp; Any would be appreciated.

Are you trying to preview the file on the website? If so I imagine its just far far too big. The limit for previewing is 160mb: https://help.dropbox.com/view-edit/file-types-that-preview
To get to view it a user will need to download and open locally.&nbsp;

I compressed the file and it is on 13mb.&nbsp; so far below the 160 threshold for previewing.&nbsp;&nbsp;
