embedded videos in a document cannot be accessed

I created a travelogue in Microsoft Word.  In that travelogue I embedded 4 short videos.  In my document the videos appear as an orange cone.  If I double-click on it/ them, the video starts in its own program.

When I uploaded this document into DropBox, the orange icon shows but you cannot access the video.

WHAT TO DO??

Hey there Carol Sue, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

May I ask if this persists on other browsers and/or after clearing your browser's cache?

Could you also clarify if the files you embedded in your file are stored in your Dropbox account as well?

Any additional information or screenshots are more than welcome, Carol.
