I can't open files on my Mac, after updating the app.
Device
MacBook Air
Operating System
macOS Sequoia 15.6.1
Dropbox App Version
237.4.5655
Question or Issue
Installed an update to the app yesterday, now I can't open some of the files (see screenshot). Some files I can open, some I can't. I can open them in the browser-version. Any ideas how to fix this?
Hey there, sigveror, welcome to our Community!
Let's jump right into this. Are the files that give you errors available offline on your computer or online only?
If this happens with online only files, have you tried making them available offline using these steps before opening them locally on your computer?
One more thing I'd like you to try: can you try moving it or renaming it to shorten its path and let me know if you still get the same error?
Let me know more, and we'll take it from there!

Thanks for your reply.
I changed its name and now I can open it again. I think it was a / in the file name that caused the issue for some reason.
Thanks for your help!
