Every 9x16 video I upload to Replay that is longer than 32 seconds, always glitches at 31.975s in
Every 9x16 video I upload to Replay that's longer than 32 seconds glitches, and the audio+video desync.
Strangely, my 16x9 videos never glitch. Please let me know what you see and if there's a fix! Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Does this happen with all of your videos on the exact same timeframe?

Hi Megan, I’m seeing the same issue as OwenVancouver. Any 9x16 video I upload that’s longer than 32 seconds glitches right around 31.975 seconds, the video freezes for a moment, and the audio goes out of sync.

Does it persist on other browsers as well? What about when using a private browsing/incognito window?

Hi Megan!
My team and I have been getting it for about a couple months now. This happens on every video at the exact time frame.
Using a different browser or Incognito doesn't seem to fix the problem. Any help would be great! Thanks. - Walter15 days ago

Hey OwenVancouver - when you say team, are you all part of the same Dropbox for teams account or are you using individual accounts?
