Halfway through download cuts out and says network connection error
When trying to DL an MP4 file 6GB, it will cut out and say network connection error, my internet connection is fine and I have never had an issue like this before, the download will reach around 3Gb ...

Could you clear your browser's cache and/or try another browser and let me know if you get the same results?
If you do, I'd appreciate a screenshot of the error you're getting as well.

I've cleared my cache and tried on separate browsers but still get same error. Will attach screenshot.

Hi ollie123_, is this a shared link that you have access to, or is the file on your own Dropbox account?
If the former, are you able to add the shared link to your account to then download it through the Dropbox desktop application if you have enough quota available?

Thanks for the info, in general, we can only recommend trying again to download the file, or see if the user can send you the file directly via Dropbox Transfer so you can download it from there.
