I have got the same problem with Windows 10. I also have Dropbox on ipad and mobile and both work ok.
All I get is the picture and no way of going to next photo. I can enlarge but that is all. Don't want to deleat and re-install as I have it on 4 machines and I think I am correct in saying that you can only have 3 now.
Any help appreciated.

6 years agoHi Mikebr1, I hope you're well today!
Just to clarify with you, are you trying to view the files through the desktop app?
If you're choosing the "expand preview" option, when you hover your cursor over the image in the preview you should have a small black bar along the bottom that shows the "< >" arrows and the zooming options.
Would you mind sending me a screenshot of what you see when you preview an image?
Let me know what you find!

Hi Daphne
I am using a desktop computer, although I have Dropbox on ipad and mobile and they work fine.
If I open a photo file and open first photo, I cannot then go to next photo. I cannot see any bar on the bottom.
The only thing on it is arrow to enlarge photo in corner. Once enlarged I cannot then get out of it or reduce size.
I cannot understand how to do a screenshot and send to you.

Thanks for getting back to me here Mikebr1!
It would be very helpful to have a screenshot here so I can understand exactly the steps you're taking there. You can find out some more info on how to take screenshots on your device from here.
Once you've taken the screenshot, you can attach it to your reply here with one of the options highlighted below:
Looking forward to your reply!
