JPG Pictures not opening up in Windows Explorer 10

I can see my pictures (JPG)  when logging into DROPBOX from Windows EDGE but I can not open them in WIndows 10 Explorer. They have a grey X next to them. A message displays "We can not open this file".

  • Thanks for the reply.

I reinstalled the DROPBOX app on my desktop and the problem went away.

Hi there greathusky, thanks for checking in with us - welcome aboard!

As a first step, I just want to make sure that I have a better visual of what you're seeing. Could you send me a screenshot (without any personal info) of what you describe?

Looking forward to hearing back from you!
