hjhworks thanks for dropping by the community. I started looking into this issue on your behalf and discovered that we recently redesigned our List View, and the 'Large List' option has been removed.
Because this is a new change, some Dropbox customers can be temporarily opted-out and have the 'Large List' view returned. You should see the option return for you today but I don't know how long it will ultimately last.

I just tested this on my Dropbox account using Chrome, and I can see the Large List layout option without an issue.
I'm thinking it might be a browser-related issue, and need to exclude this from the list of possible causes.
Would you mind trying an entirely different browser to test this? While you're at it, please follow the steps mentioned in this Help Center article, in order to clear your browser's cache, and try an incognito mode too.
