Make available offline doesn't download files
I have installed Dropbox on a new Laptop a couple hours ago. I already created a new file and it got uploaded just fine. I'm also able to download individual files, when opening it. But when I right...

Can you please clarify your computer's exact OS version and the status and version of the Dropbox desktop app as shown in your system tray/menu bar as well?
A screenshot of the files you notice this on to check their syncing icons would also help.
As for your chat interaction with our support team, could you share your ticket ID so that we can look it up in our system?
