Photos added to drop box with ".JPG" (uppercase) extension don't seem to be recognized as photos

I noticed some of my photos that I placed in a folder don't show up in the Photos section of dropbox. It seems that if they have an extension of .JPG (all uppercase) they don't appear. Files with a lowercase .jpg appear as expected.

Hey rjbiii, thanks for letting us know about this.

Are you referring to the photos tab in the Dropbox app on your mobile app, or the photos page?

If you rename these photos and change the .JPG extension to .jpg, do they appear?

Let me know what you find.
