Search doesn't work both from the desktop app and on the website

I'm trying to show all files with the .kbdx file extension. First I tried the search built into the Dropbox system tray presence, but it returned no results. Then I logged in through the website and ...

Hey Cronyx - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

When it comes to the Dropbox desktop app, could you clarify your computer's exact OS version and the version and status of the app as shown in your system tray?

As for the website, can you clear your browser's cache and/or try another browser and let me know if you get the same results?

If you do, I'd appreciate a screenshot of the file itself and the search result as well. Just make sure to omit any personal information.
