10 months agoHey Calam - thanks for joining our Community and sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Can you clarify if the term you're searching for is part of the file names or included as a tag in the metadata of the files perhaps?
Have you tried adding a Dropbox tag and searching for them afterwards?
Let us know more and we'll take it from there.

The above screenshots show me typing two words that together make a keyword. Not sure how I could clarify what I did more. I also tried just individual single words "stand" and "against", and I tried several other keywords, like City and State names associated. I used two browsers. I tried your app. Identical failed results in every instance.
Tags - These are what I would like to use, but I would need a way to mass-migrate multiple keywords into tags from tens of thousands of assets. All of my tags associated with assets I'm imported attach to keyword metadata, and Dropbox doesn't seem to have an option to import that metadata to tags. If there's no tool to accomplish something like that, then the tag feature might as well not exist because adding the 50,000+ tags across 10k assets is not feasible.
